Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Staily app, website, AI previews, subscriptions, and preview packs. Last updated 27 August 2026.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Staily, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Staily does not permit use or purchases by minors, including with parental authorization. If you use Staily for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms. Do not use Staily where its use is prohibited by law.
The Staily service
Staily creates AI-assisted visual previews for rooms, clothing, accessories, and items. Previews are generated estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, or unsuitable. They are not measurements, factual product representations, warranties, or professional design, safety, medical, legal, or purchasing advice. Verify dimensions, fit, colors, materials, safety, and product details before relying on a preview.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights. You grant Staily a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process that content only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for every image, person, trademark, design, instruction, or other content you submit. Staily does not claim a license to use private content for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.
AI content and responsible use
AI output can be unpredictable and may resemble existing people, products, or works. You are responsible for reviewing and using it lawfully. Do not create or submit sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate or deceptive imagery, unlawful discrimination, impersonation or fraud, harassment, violence or self-harm promotion, illegal goods, infringement, malicious instructions, or images of children except for a lawful ordinary preview submitted by an authorized parent or guardian. Report unsafe output through Staily's feedback feature. We may block requests or remove content reasonably believed to violate these rules or platform policy.
Free previews and Staily Plus
A free account currently receives three lifetime previews after historical successful previews are counted. Staily Plus may be offered monthly or annually at the localized price, billing period, taxes, and features shown before purchase by Apple or Google. Plus currently includes 30 previews per monthly grant cycle, multi-item styling, and Quality rendering. Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, no free subscription trial is offered. The store purchase screen controls if it conflicts with a promotional description.
Renewal, cancellation, and restore
Subscriptions automatically renew for the period and price disclosed by Apple or Google unless cancelled before the store's renewal deadline. The store charges your account and controls billing, price-change notices, cancellation, and renewal. You can manage or cancel through Staily's Customer Center or your store account and can restore eligible purchases in the app. Deleting the app or your Staily account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately to stop future charges.
Rollover, expiry, and preview packs
Included Plus previews roll over for one additional monthly grant cycle. A monthly included lot expires at the second subsequent monthly grant date, and the normal included balance is capped at 60 previews. Active Plus members may buy packs of 10 or 30 previews at the localized store price. Valid pack credits remain usable for eligible Lite single-item previews after Plus ends and do not expire while the Staily account exists. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and unused credits are lost when the account is deleted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Using a preview credit
One successfully completed Lite or Quality preview costs one preview credit. A credit is reserved while generation is running. Failed, cancelled, or deleted-before-completion generations do not consume it. If the reserved lot expires while processing and generation later fails, Staily supplies one retry credit valid for 24 hours. Staily's server-side ledger and verified RevenueCat state determine available access, subject to correction of technical or accounting errors.
Refunds, revocations, and taxes
Apple's or Google's refund rules and mandatory local consumer law apply to store purchases. Request refunds through the relevant store unless the law requires another route. A refund, revocation, or chargeback may end access and remove unused credits associated with that purchase without reducing the spendable balance below zero. Previously completed previews are not reversed. Prices may include or exclude taxes as the store discloses.
Acceptable use and accounts
Do not misuse Staily, access another person's account, evade purchase or preview accounting, probe or disrupt security, scrape or reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, automate abusive volumes, upload malware, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the service or output unlawfully. Keep your account and store credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may reasonably limit, suspend, or terminate abusive or unlawful access, with notice and an opportunity to appeal where required by law.
Staily intellectual property
Staily and its software, branding, interface, documentation, and non-user content are owned by Staily or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer Staily trademarks or other intellectual property to you.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. AI providers, stores, networks, and other third parties may be unavailable or change their services. We may maintain, secure, modify, or discontinue features. For material changes that adversely affect a paid service, we will provide notice or remedies required by applicable law. Features may differ by platform, device, language, country, or store availability.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staily is provided as available and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Staily is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss caused by unlawful content, third-party services, or reliance on an AI preview, where such exclusions are lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees, liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Ending use and surviving terms
You may stop using Staily and delete your account at any time. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately. We may terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, risk to users or the service, or discontinuation, subject to any notice or refund rights required by law. Provisions concerning ownership, completed payments, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and terms that by nature should survive will continue after termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Courts with jurisdiction in Austria may hear disputes, but this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or courts available under the law where the consumer habitually resides. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. Nothing here requires arbitration, waives a class or collective remedy, or limits access to a regulator or small-claims process unless a separately valid agreement and local law expressly allow it.
Changes and support
We may update these Terms prospectively as the service or law changes. We will post the new date and give additional notice or request acceptance where required for a material change. Continued use after an effective update signifies acceptance only to the extent allowed by law. Questions about Staily, billing, these Terms, or complaints can be sent to support@staily.app.
